I have been interested in finding home décor items to decorate my dorm room and thought it would be cost-effective to DIY some things. Cute decorative pillows can be expensive and hard to keep clean, but this chenille round pillow is cheap and fun to make! I was so excited to try this DIY and am so glad it turned out amazing! It does not look like its handmade and will be a perfect fit for any room.
I want to give credit to the YouTube channel, BeCozi, whos videos taught me to create this pillow! It only takes 20 minutes to make a medium sized pillow!
Notes from experience:
It is important to take the time to make the loops even sizes and make them tight. I have mentioned tips in the tutorial below on how to do this because it will create a cleaner product so the Poly-fil will not show through gaps. Considering this it is advised to use yarn that is no less than 1 inch in thickness.
Materials
One skein of chenille yarn
One bag of Poly-fil stuffing
Its as simple as that, only 2 things!
